No stopping till the top

On Sunday we climbed Pumlumon. Actually, we climbed Pen
Pumlumon llygad-bychan, Pen Pumlumon Arwystli and Pumlumon Fawr, so in fact we climbed three hills.

For some of us, it seemed higher than for others.

It wasn’t the sunniest of days, but we enjoyed ourselves, and got a few photos anyway. And above the massive views, there were ravens larking about (if that isn’t an interspecies no-no) and flying upside down, which was a bit good.

Not a bad view eh?

And, of course, just under Pumlumon is Nant y Moch, where my dad’s ashes are scattered.

But obviously the best bit of the day was after the walk when we went to The Druid in Goginan and had a couple of pints of Wye
Valley Butty Bach, a very fine beer.
